Clean and organized- Bins are tidy and they carry a good mix of items compared with other Michaels stores. I have a variety of hobbies and my kids have different ones and taste in what style they are into. This store had more than the typical Michael's stores do.

Went into Michaels in Stevenson Ranch because I needed to buy small starfish. Walked around as I do in all the stores I am new to. The aisles are a good size to walk around. I asked an employee if they had the item I was looking for and she just said aisle 13. This was my first time at Michael's and wasn't sure we're aisle 13 was or even which way at least. She then pointed across the room. So I felt a little awkward because I would have liked a little more guidance of where to find the item I was looking for.

Is great that there's not a lot of people coming in but everybody is staying safe with masks on. Lot of discounts right now And the staff is very very helpful!

I preferred Michael’s several years ago. Today it feels more like a store about merchandising and simply moving people through it.
However, the staff is quite nice and very helpful.
The in-store retail experience isn’t what it used to be. Serves its purpose, but could be much more engaging for the crafting community. It will be nice when retail spaces are rethought and redesigned with this in mind.
