I love bringing the kids here. Every time we go in it just gives us a bunch of ideas for things to do with our toddlers that is new and exciting. Prices are pretty good so you won't feel like you're busting the bank. I do find their selection has gotten smaller over the years but I think in general they have the essentials for any craft project.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE!
Anyone can just walk in and take your online orders. They keep them open in buckets near the door. Someone stole my order and I've lost money because of it. They've refunded the lose but that doesn't include the discount and now I have to repurchase at a higher price. Do not order online unless it's a drive up order or delivery.

Michael's is the place to go for everything crafty. Lots of great painting and artist supplies as well as everything you need to make wreaths and artificial flower arrangements. Always a great seasonal selection and good prices too.

I go here to have things framed. You know when you meet someone who just *knows* what they are doing and you know you’re in good hands? That’s what I feel like when I walk up to the framing counter. They always try and help me find what I’m looking for at the best possible cost and seem to be interested in framing things (rather than it just be a job they get paid for). I cannot remember her name, but the lady that has helped me several times at this point a has always done a great job.
I have no shame going to a box store to get my stuff framed because it feels like the quality and care of a small professional shop.

I feel a total lack of professionalism, and poor customer service. I get followed by the staff and talked down too by the employees for asking where something is located in the store. The staff need to be retrained to better their customer service tact. I am no longer going there. I will find a new craft store to go to it's not worth the stress because they hire young kids with zero respect towards their customers.

I’ve been to this Michael’s a million times and have never left a review but today was special. I was helped by Linda and she was an absolute joy. So so kind, so helpful and just hilarious. I even told her that chatting and laughing with her really made my day. Thank you Linda for the world class Michael’s experience ❤️
