This place is extremely unprofessional. They do not have professional equipment, backgrounds, or cameras—just a phone to take pictures, with a door as the background. Because of my height, I had to bend my knees to fit into the frame. The photo came out overexposed, and they still charged me $16 for such poor quality. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

The Korean staff is so mean！I have never suffered this treatment before！Just quarreled with her. I brought my own papers，I thought the charge is different from the Price Sheet on the front desk. Her coworker had never talked about the price before the start，she asked me to print it by myself. That's why I was so angry with this！You can see your reviews！Only 2.1 point！How mean you are！

I went to print the business card and I clearly expressed the specific modification I needed with the clerk many times, that is, to move the text on the right side up as a whole. Twice I asked to communicate directly with the editor after I found the communication was ineffective, but both were declined. Why?? After I informed the clerk of the revisions I needed for the last time, the editor asked me to communicate with the clerk again and confirm the revisions I needed on paper. Are you kidding me?? I really don't understand why it should be so complicated. It's a waste of time and I don't feel respected at all. In addition, I was told by the clerk that because of covid-19, it is not convenient for editor to communicate directly with customers. Do you two even know how viruses spread? The whole experience was very strange.

If you don't want to waste your money and your time, stay away from here. The chaotic management and chaotic prices make it a mistake to spend money here. Believe me, you will know after reading other reviews. If you want to try, I can't help you! Why isn't there a zero star option??! If there was, I would choose it without hesitation!

I went to print company business cards. The color of the business cards they printed was wrong, and the text and graphics were slanted. I wanted them to print something usable, but they were unwilling to print it or refund the money.

NASTY and HORRIBLE customer service. After they accept payment, they do not care if they do a poor job. They play tricks on invoice. I found out and point it out, they beg for one more chance. After the order was ready, I found that they print different and ugly pictures on your order. When you question them, they have a very bad and nasty attitude, acting like you are the one who print wrong picture, just like it's all your responsibility and all your faults. A few hundreds of prints are wasted! Do not go! Never never go to this place.

Really helpful. Asked for a box to ship an item and they didn't have one to purchase that were right size but they had some they were discarding that were perfect size. So they gave to me and packaged my item, shopping tape and all for only cost of shipping. Thank you.

Owner is a rude ass. Older Korean gentleman would not look up from his newspaper the entire time he was talking to me. Answer to all my questions were fill out that form even when my question had nothing to do with his form. I certainly hope this is a private establishment b/c it would kill me to find out my taxes are paying this chumps salary.
