Michael's is amazing I had a gift card and I found everything I was looking for I love the candy at the front and people are so nice they help you and are always smiling if you are looking for a craft store go here I got a bunch of stuff for less than dollars it was amazing I love this place it is surely 5 worthy

My elderly friend, and I went in really excited about a project she was working on, and I was gonna help her find some gold pens while the lady that we encountered in the pen aisle, who was unpacking pens was short with us rude not even the slightest bit friendly or willing to provide customer service. It was pretty unbelievable. I immediately looked for her name tag, but she didn’t have it on. There’s probably a reason she didn’t have one on.
