The associates welcomed us upon arrival.
We found what we were looking for quickly. And everything we needed was in stock.
We were on a time crunch so no real browing. But will be going back soon since my granddaughter found a few things that caught her eye.

Earlier in the day, I went to the Michaels in Claremont to buy some photo albums. At checkout, the Claremont associate at checkout made me feel like I was wasting their time. Later that same day, I went to this Michaels (the Fletcher Parkway one) to browse their selection of photo albums. They had way more choices. Plus, it was more organized. At checkout, JD made me feel welcomed and had positive energy. Plus, he went above and beyond and found a coupon for me that I didn't know about to help me save on my purchase. (The Claremont associate didn't do that). Thanks JD!

What’s up with Michael’s keep requesting to input my email and phone number before my check out? I don’t care to be a member and I don’t care if I don’t if I don’t get spam’s from them. I feel like they are trying so hard to get my info/data to spam me. Please stop.

They have some good products here. I was searching for art supplies for my son's projects. They always have great coupons and good sales each week!

One star for having some of the products I ordered. The self checkout experience is awful. It's confusing and gives off a unwelcoming feeling. The employee who was working the cashier was cold and annoyed with all my questions. I'll be heading to rancho from now on.

The man and lady at the front counter were incredibly rude this evening. I came in five minutes before closing, knowing exactly what I wanted. I just didn’t know where it was and they happily noted as I walked in that the store was closing.
I got to self check out within three minutes and as I was checking out, I realized I forgot my wallet in my car.
They had locked the doors and I nicely said I had to go get my wallet in my car. My order was already run up and no one was behind me, and the guy said, “sorry we’re closed. You can’t come back in.” I had rung up everything I just needed to pay and there were still technically two minutes until they closed.
The other lady at the front counter gave me attitude and she said “it’s OK. She can go this time.” As if she was showing me who was boss..
The only nice thing about the employees today was the other lady who was cleaning up. As I walked out, she told me to have a nice day in caring attitude.
The two workers at checkout need to be taught by the other lady about customer service.
I worked in retail, I understand people come in at the last minute and it’s annoying. However, I was very nice and tried to be as quick as I could without being a nuisance.
