Ted is an awesome and very experienced graphics designer who has been in the business for many years. Their new store front location is great for shipping services and now they can even print most things in house with their new printing press. From mailing, faxing, copying, and creating fabulous print, these folks give their best. Not only do they put out a great product but they also have great hearts. For example, I was mailing a package to New York that had been sent to me in error. In the beginning of Covid sheltering at home, I couldn't see returning the package to the retailer and the recipient waiting additional weeks, maybe a month, to recieve her order. So, I decided to bypass all that and send it to her directly. When the owner of Supreme Graphics found out the story behind the shipping, he decided to pay for half of the shipping himself. We shared the kindness towards a stranger. That was awesome.

So Ted and Roxanne have done amazing things for me and my business. I would definitely pass the word onto anyone looking for traffic designs. They have never disappointed me with anything I have requested. Their daughter is learning too and has made a new character fory bussiness , was happy to add my Macho hero to my memu clan!

My dad is a 93 year old WWII vet. He would take items in to get copied. The last few times we brought stuff in, he would tell us it's going to take 2 hrs. This was not a big order by the way. 2 hours later we went back and nothing is ready yet. So we left them there for 5 days, we live 1.5 hrs away. He knows that. Yesterday we got there to pick them up and they weren't ready. He said his printer broke. We have heard this excuse several times. How anyone can stay in business treating customers like that is beyond me. Mabe he didn't make enough money off my dad. I don't know!

Im a local artist and I called to inquire about stickers being made and the phone was answered by a woman named Jen who was extremely rude and short, she told me they charge $3 per 3inch diameter sticker…I’ve never heard of such outrageous prices. It’s a shame when you want to support a local business but they make it unpleasant and unaffordable.
