I had an amazing experience at Michael’s with their custom framing service! I brought in a print to be framed, and Anthony went above and beyond to help me out. He was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and made some great recommendations for the border color that really elevated the piece. I was honestly blown away by how well it turned out and even more impressed that they got it done the same day!
When I came back to pick it up, Anthony was in the back working hard, and Nicole jumped in to assist me. She was just as professional and kind. Both of them made the process easy, smooth, and enjoyable from start to finish.
Huge kudos to Michael’s for hiring such outstanding team members they’re a real asset to your store. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending their custom framing service to friends and family!

The store is very easy to find the items. It give me some ideas inspiration and creativity. I know the items I need are in stock. I could find items that are cheap and good quality. I would like cheaper options for specific supplies. So that I don't need to buy the expensive options. I love to look around the holiday sections they have once a year. I love they have picture frames, scrapbook to keep photos of memories. I like they have some exchange policy to return items that I thought would like but after using it, I don't like it.

My newest hobby has been taking purses I find at goodwill and giving them a makeover, and I couldn’t do it without this Michaels and their leather paint! They always have the leather paint colors I need in order to complete my newest vision !

Their "online only" discounts are annoying because everytime I order online for the discount, it will say "1 in stock" at this location, but when I go to pick up my order, I'm missing items. "Out of stock" with a refund crediting back to my amount. A serious inventory assessment needs to happen at all Michael's locations. Driving across town for an incomplete order is getting absurd. This wouldn't happen if "online only" discounts could be used in store. At least we are able to actually shop what is in stock.
