I just went in the store there was a lady waiting in front of me to use the computer and older male employee told her to wait and then asked what service I needed I told him that I needed a copy of my drivers license and he said “ okay go ahead and wait I’m eating” I laughed I couldn’t believe a business wouldn’t close for lunch let alone eat food in front of customers. I said enjoy your lunch and walked out and so did the other customer ahead of me.

Went there to drop off a prepaid package for DHL and they said I couldn’t drop off. I asked if they still did business with DHL and they said yes, but only ship what the package. This is not right because I have dropped off prepaid DHL items at other locations. I would give them a zero.
