We needed some name tags for our company and Nicole was so amazingly helpful, it was so easy! She emailed a first draft, I told her a couple of changes, then she sent a couple of different options that we ended up choosing! I received them a week later and the quality is fantastic. I went into PostNet to get my finger prints done to become a volunteer at my church. Everyone there was super friendly, so nice, and very helpful. Maria was the one who actually did my finger prints and she made it super quick and so easy. There were no retakes of images, or adjustments of my hand. I was in and out under 10 minutes.

This Live Scan office provider really did an EXCELLENT job helping me with my finger print requirement for the CA BRN. Ist Yassie the store manager was very kind, accomodating and helpful during my phone query. Secondly, whe i got there, EMILY was so..so..so..nice- helped with my finger printing with so much patience...and we got to talk about nursing stuff..THUMBS UP TO YOU EMILY, I'm sure you'll be a super compassionate NURSE in the near future. Needed a Live Scan for volunteering at Church. PostNet store was very clean and bright inside. Caty was very helpful and efficient, whole process was easy. I don’t usually bother with reviews, but it’s rare the last few years to get good customer service. Caty made an errand I wasn’t eager to do a good experience. Will go here next time I need to drop off any shipping.
