I keep giving this place second chances, but every single time they are disappointing. Their inventory is atrocious. I spent 20 minutes looking for something today and employees were literally ignoring me. I am guessing that they did not have the item in stock because I could never find it, even though it says online that it is in stock. The inventory is a disaster and nothing can be found.

The size of MICHAELS and its selection of art and craft merchandise is impressive.
We came looking for a photo album and they had several sizes and styles. Prices, compared to the Internet were on the high side. While the displays were encompassing, they were not well maintained. Some items had packaging, some didn't.
There were no employees to direct you to what you are looking for.
Checking out was slow.
Plenty of free ADA compatible parking.

Ordered an item for pickup. When I arrived the staff member told me I was wrong, that the order had been canceled. I attempted to show them the email confirmation and without looking they told me to “check your email again, it’s canceled”. Fine, y’all don’t have it. Spoke to a second staff member who let me know that it was my fault for not confirming it was in stock before coming and then said that the system was wrong and that they’d never said they had the item in question ready and that I was lying about having a confirmation email. He would also not look at the email in question. Being out of stock happens, I’m not bothered by that, what did bother me was that I was condescended to, lied to, and gaslit about the ordering process. Here’s the picture in question, tell me, does this look like a confirmation to you?
