I was in a bind when a high-level executive at my company accidentally forgot his business cards for a series of very important meetings in Los Angeles which is across the country from where I was located. I was so thankful to have found Perfect Image Printers who were not only able to deliver 500 business cards to his hotel the next morning but their services were affordable and of high quality. I highly recommend to anyone needing fast, quality, and affordable printing services!

Awful service and poor quality business cards. My husband was supposed to get business cards from this printer on Monday and they confirmed three times they would have the cards ready by 9am. My husband showed up at 11am on Monday and they had not printed the cards and they said they would not be able to print them until the next day. They offered no compensation for their errors and the business cards they did print were flimsy and cheap. Avoid this company.

I’m writing this email to bring to light a situation in which I encountered as a customer of Perfect Image Printers. Please read carefully, and I think you will find that you are disappointed in the service you are providing. I came into your business on Monday July 22nd, where I asked questions about having some business cards made. I showed the employee the unpolished design I had in mind; I was told to email the changes in specific detail of what I had in mind and that it would be same day turn around. I sent the email that evening. Thursday the 25th I had not received a response back, so I came into the store to make sure my email was received. They looked it up and said that it wold be completed on Friday, I did have some changes on the design that I wanted to make, (1revision) but the cards were not completed til Tuesday. Which I was still not angry about. Paid for same day turn around, received it 8 days later, but whatever I can deal with that. This is when I picked up the most unprofessional business cards. They were on the thinnest paper imaginable, they did not have the border I wanted and the top of the cards were bleeding where they cut them. If I gave these to my clients I would be laughed at, and that is no overreaction. I told the employee (Asian with the glasses) that I was unhappy with the quality, and that I simply couldn’t use these as they were not what I ordered, and in no way professional. So I was willing to still give this business another chance, and asked the same employee to give me the pricing for the velvet card with raised imagery and foil printing. He wrote information down and said I would have a quote by the evening or the next day. When today at 5:20 arrived I still had not received the quote. The final straw. I went to your business asked to speak with the manager Freddy, who honestly was nice and knowledgeable. My issue is I told him all of this and all he could say was that he was sorry but that PROFESSIONAL IS RELATIVE, and that many people had these kind of cards, but the examples I saw in the book were 100 times more professional than what I received. I left the business cards( the entire box of them and refused your store credit so that you could see the poor quality for yourself.) I don’t want anything for free I want good quality and customer service. I gave your business multiple chances and every single time it fell drastically short. I’m sure you will not have the respect for me to refund me for the inept job that was done, but I hope you do. I could have printed the same quality for 9.99 at vista print all day. Instead I paid 114 for high quality and received a joke. Please do better in the future. Don’t screw people over and get employees that are responsive and care about your business enough to do their job. I do respect a reply from you sir. I also do expect you to recognize that this is unacceptable, and please do not waste my time by saying “you’ll be happy to give me store credit”. Sincerely a customer that did my part and walked away with not one thing for my $114.95. I’ll be posting this and email and your future response on every review site their is.

i work from home and don’t have a printer so i use Perfect image printing services a lot. i’ve been able to walk in with small order requests accomodated within 10-15 mins. great quality, vibrant color, good paper options. MUCH, much cheaper compared to fedex.

Extremely rude and unprofessional. I called them to try to find out what color modes a vinyl print would need to be in before I sent the file to them. The man who answered the phone gave me my answer and I thanked him for his help. Moments later, he called me back and started demanding to know why I called his shop. I explained to him politely that I just wanted to know if their printers accepted a specific color mode and he'd given me the answer I was looking for. I even said "I appreciated your help, thank you." Then he said, clearly frustrated, "what a waste of time." I said, "thanks," and hung up. It actually wasn't a waste of time for a few reasons: for one, it helped me to know how to set up my file before sending it to them, and two, it helped me see how unprofessional they were and that I should send my work to a different business.
