I went in last minute for a small, yet important project I needed to have done and completed in literally 2 days! They helped me make and create the picture, had a ton of helpful ideas and were very creative! I was able to take my time there and ask questions, they were very patient. I picked up my project on the day they said it was going to be ready, and it was absolutely perfect

I would not recommend Patterson Print Shop. Their customer service is lacking in so many ways. Patrick is rude and it is unbelievable the way he speaks to customers.
When he made a mistake on our first order, his response to me was "Like you've never made a mistake before?" That is not the way to speak to customers.
On our most recent order attempt, I told him that the lack of communication regarding the color for the shirts was unacceptable and he said "I will have her call you once today and 3 times tomorrow......Is that good enough for you?"
I have never dealt with a business that is so disrespectful and will never do business with them again.

Patrick and Staff were 1st class Top Notch! Best Lettering and logo on my truck I've ever had. I had a one day last minute turn-around these guys met the deadline and did a outstanding job.

I do not recommend this shop. They do not follow instructions and I went to pick up my jacket and there was a stain on it. They have my uniform directive for work and they still could not get it correct. I would not use them. They were nice enough to refund me, they just lost business from me and my coworkers.

Great business cards! Just got mine in awesome material definitely a high quality card..... had them made with a scalable code and it works great! Highly recommend to anyone who is in the market for anything print related: shirts , cards etc.

I’ve used Patterson Print Shop several times for printing t-shirts. I run a distribution company for fulfillment of music merchandise. I print quite a few jobs through Patterson and have walked away happy every time. The owner Pat has offered me great competitive pricing. The guy at the front desk John always double-checks my quality because I’m quite picky about my products. You can tell they really know what they’re doing when it comes to screen-printing.

Completely disappointed with what they did. They ruined the embroidery on my son's jacket. First they used the wrong color orange, then you can see where they began the embroidery originally and, ironically enough, that was the correct color. It's noticeable. I was completely appalled by their indifference, their lack of communication, and lack of knowledge regarding letterman jackets. I hope Hattrix can fix their mustakes. Horribly disappointing, and I hope my son won't be crushed. This is not how you treat a customer. I will never go back, and I will never recommend. Nothing but $400.00 worth of disappointment.
