OMG! What outstanding quality service and great design and printing. I was behind schedule on getting my brother’s funeral program printed. He helped me even after business hours to get through and the program perfect and beautiful.
On another occasion he printed out an easel sign for my daughter’s wedding tea. Wow, he knew all the correct size ratios. Our design was stunning. This printing company goes way beyond the call of duty. Patient, kind, creative, skillful, fast, well priced, easy to work with. You can not go wrong with Pasadena Image Printing. Thank you all so very much. I am a repeat customer for life!

I need to make a letter print of my running T-shirt. They created a lot of damage literally spoiled on my brand-new T-shirt. Both at the front and back side.
I agree the job was complicated and it was limit of time, but that's why I went to PROFESSIONAL printing company who should have known how to handle the situation. Many times, he described challenges AFTER he screwed up my T-shirt, instead of recognizing the problem early and knowing better than to attempt.
Complaints below:
* He did graphics print on T-shirt instead sign printing(I sent him exactly photo via e-mail what I need)
* Minor scraps and marks through t-shirt body
* Major punctures, cracks and t-shirt chips
* Cracks to brand new t-shirt from all edge
Definitely do not recommend Pasadena Image Printing.

Pasadena Image Printing is awesome and I’ll continue to go there for my prints. Walked in (without an appointment) with my laptop during the afternoon on a weekday to get three images printed and Brenda helped me out. She was friendly, efficient, and knew her stuff! I was in and out in 30 or 40 minutes. Prints were excellent quality and a great price for the project I was working on.
