I asked a staff about an item. She asked another staff member. They spoke to each other and ignored me. I followed the staff member, assuming she would show me where it was. No, she just walked ahead of me and exited into the back storage area! Zero customer service or respect!

Staff didn’t really acknowledge me except the one at the front. But I wasn’t there to talk to anyone anyway. It looks like it needs some updating. But the clearance is always nice and so are the beads and yarn.

Was disappointed in how disorganized the store was. Sparse supplies on the shelves. Need some black vinyl material and there was nothing. Store was dirty and poorly managed. Not what I expected from all the good I've heard about Michael's over the years

Great selection, fair prices, and helpful staff. Went to the store to buy some picture frames. They had a buy 1 get 1 free deal going on, and the gentleman that helped me was very knowledgeable on where everything was, so I did not have to waste too much time. There was plenty of parking, and I got to talk to a real person at check out, and that's always a good thing. I will definitely be going back for a few more picture frames. I just hope the sale is still going on!

I wanted to the store looking for one thing and I swear to help me if it were and explained where it was and I went and got it, so I got somebody to wait on me and tell me where it was so that to me. That's good I didn't have to search the store over
