I went to drop off a large item at UPS, and as soon as an older cashier saw it, she immediately insisted that I label it perfectly. I told her I already had the label in hand, and then she suggested I take it to the Staples next door instead. It was clear she didn’t want to handle anything beyond her basic duties. You could tell clearly from her expressions. This is such a disappointing level of service.

This location is horrid the selection is horrible. They have a ton of the same product and are always “out” of what everyone actually needs. I do spend a lot of money here because it’s the only cargo store in town still open. I was just followed around the store like I was going to steal something. The employees were not sly and didn’t even approach me just keep walking to the aisle I was in pretending to be scanning items. I really think it’s time Ukiah get another caft store.

I stopped by the have my tires inspected after a freeway skid. Turns out they were able to get me in but I hadn't thought that far ahead and had brought my dog with me! Luckily the rep that was facilitating my purchase said "Bring her in with you". Really I asked? Absolutely he said. So thank you for above and beyond customer service. My dog was tripping out having never been in a store before so it ended up being fun for both of us.
