Absolutely love our Vallejo Michael’s!! The team works so hard to make the store look beautiful. I appreciate all their hard work. The store looks so beautiful for Easter right now and I totally love the 90s/cowgirl/retro merch they have right now. It’s so cute!

We love Michaels. They have an isle of just different kinds of glues. We needed a few of them for my wife's quilting projects. Some other small items to help make her work go easier. Michaels has many other items to choose from. Now they have rows of items for Halloween. Check them out for your next craft projects!

Employees need more training. I bought 2 paint pens the other day; one did the job so I came to return the other. (6$ by the way) I went straight to the cashier upon entering to not create any assumptions of stealing. I was told since I didn’t have a receipt that it had to be credit and I needed to grab something else to use it. So, I got a flower to add to my wedding bouquet and came back up front. Then another cashier said that it had to be 2 separate transactions. Why couldn’t I just be refunded from the get go?

Just ok. Didn't have a good option for framing a painting whereas real art stores that actually cater to artists would. But it's Michael's so it's full of kitchy fun craft stuff.
They have a sign up on both bathrooms that they're out of order when they aren't. One of the staff opened it for me. She was really really nice. I appreciated that she did that for me.

I went here to buy materials to make a Carmen Miranda headpiece I found good looking realistic fruit, I purchased a hot glue gun, as well as glue sticks. The associates were very helpful in helping me find items and I was in and out of the store. The wait was not long in the line for checkout and there was no line to enter the store

Could have had more supplies of products. Wanted to buy 10 skeins of yarn in 2 colors and had to settle for different colors
