This was a great day for me they had the best sales team ever helping me and they also have a back wall full of clearance items and the prices are out of this world.

Fairly quiet in the store. Doesn't seem as busy as Hobby Lobby down the street. But Michael's does seem a lot smaller than Hobby Lobby. There were sales on Christmas items, besides decorations, also storage containers. Wasn't personally excited about going here, but my mom got a gift card, and I went with her.

The stock is great, but the setup at the registers makes it very difficult to check out and I'm usually frustrated when trying to leave. There is a wrap around wall to help manage the line, but it doesn't leave enough room for people to pass each other to get to the various register stations. There is only 1-2 people working the 4-5 self check registers and the one in person register. If something scans twice or comes up incorrectly, you can end up waiting quite a while for one of these helpers to assist.

I have to change my last comment (experience) that I posted about Michael's. This comment is for the better. For the past 5 months or so Michael's has been improving on there items. There shelves are full as to in the past there shelves were empty. They have so many AWESOME items it's REDICULOUS! And there prices have ALWAYS been OUTSTANDING!! For this Halloween were decorating my granddaughters bedroom with the Halloween theme. When we're done...it's gonna l k (in my granddaughters words) RADICAL!I'll post pics when we're done. Today at Michaels in Temecula at 2:00 in the afternoon. I bought $150 worth of items, three of them were big. The cashier young blonde told me I can't take the basket outside to my car. Didn't offer me any help didn't give explanation. So I had to ask what happens when somebody has a lot of stuff. She looked at me annoyed and said somebody can help you out and then kept on checking out the customer that she had. Really?? What store does not allow taking the basket of all of your items to your car? Terrible terrible customer service.

The lady at checkout was so nice and helpful! She even helped me save some money which I appreciate so much. I was buying shred for a gift and she pointed out the clearance Christmas section. Helped me save 7 bucks and get exactly what I needed!
