The woman working 4/28/25 in the morning was above and beyond helpful and kind. I didn’t even need anything and she had me feeling loved lol She was wearing a skeleton like mask and had dark curly hair. I don’t typically review places like this but wanted to stop by to give a thumbs up to that employee.

The store has most crafts and art supplies. My boyfriend and I came here to get picture frames and luckily were able to use a coupon. Our cashier Kara was super friendly and helpful! She complimented me on the artwork I brought in to get framed.

This is for the Mira Mesa store in San Diego. After searching for 16x20 photo frames via the Michael's website, I was able to see that the Mira Mesa store had multiples of the style of frames I wanted. With a weekly special of buy 1, get 1 free I was able to purchase several matching frames at very good prices. As I wheeled my very full shopping cart out of the store, the wheels locked. The cashier was able to help me unlock the shopping cart wheels, so I could take the cart out to my car in the parking lot.

I bought some glitter markers and two of them was dry and the quality was bad. There was no glitter and just a dirty watery color came out from it. The manager didn’t return. Or exchange it with the other stuff I have in my hand. The service was bad .
