This is one of the worst places you can take a photo at. They overcharge you and will take unflattering pictures. The older lady that attended me was rude. The guy that took the picture was adamant on me not covering my ears. He was not a great photographer either. They will mislead you on the requirements for the passport photos! They claim you cannot wear earrings and must have your hair tied behind your ears. This is NOT true. Check online and the US governments websites. They allow for your hair to be down and earring are allowed as long as they do not obscure your face! Do NOT trust these people with your money time or passport pictures. Lastly when I went to go report this horrible service the younger lady, maybe the older lady’s daughter, just looked at me blankly and said “ok”. They should offer refund to people or retake their photos. I personally would not retake my photos with them.

Bad customer service, it’s 50 cent to print , but didn’t tell me that until after they charge me. Never said welcome or thank you. Very rude and I told them I never comeback , and I stay walking distance, it’s cheaper and better just to go to staples less then 12 cent to print. I have 20 years of customer service experience.
