While the store was neat and clean and the staff was great, product selections seemed more sparse than I remember. If you have a last-minute crafting issue, running to the store to grab what you need is no longer an option.

Came here today to look for Crinkle material. I spoke the Ana and she apologized for not carrying that product. Its not her fault. Ana had a pleasant attitude. I decided to walk around the store and bought a few things. They were working really hard trying to get the merchandise out of the back and on the floor. But they never sacrificed there customer service. What a great team I want to say THANK YOU for being AMAZING!!!

Honestly the store is very dirty. I understand that it was extremely busy since it was a Friday afternoon before Valentine’s Day. But wow, only a single register with a cashier on it. No other employee to be found within the store. Wait in line or use the stupid self check out machines. The store is extremely disorganized with things all over the place as well. Not my favorite location whatsoever

We dropped off a painting to be reframed and were told it would be ready in a few days and we would receive a call. Two weeks later, we still have heard nothing. Worse yet, when you try to call the store, the phone hangs up automatically before you can talk with anyone. This has happened several times and is very frustrating! Terrible customer service!

If you like Art and craft this is your place and everything is at good price and if you want more saving you can use a coupon no only for the store but Joan's and Hobby lobby Michael have stuff different for Joan's store and Hobby lobby

I was greeted walking into the store by the manager jose. Found what I was looking for fast, without a problem. Even though I'm not a regular customer. The cashier Denise was great and hopeful with my possible return questions.

Ordered online for pickup next day. They had no record but I had my printout. Clerk volunteered to collect my items, took me to checkout, and walked me to my car. Carrying all my items for me. Happy customer! ..
