This location is in a complex with lots of other stores and it's hard to find without science telling you where exactly they are. Which in this case it was on the other side of the complex even though the sign was closer to the freeway. The store is okay decent products. Customer service is okay but not that great. Managers were walking around or standing around nearby and there was line of more than four people waiting and not one of them was waiting on anybody. you have customers in line you need to get your lines down.

Was locked out at self checkout and needed a team member after asking the group of three girls who were working at 5:30 on Wednesday October 16, reluctantly one came over and asked “what’s the issue” i pointed to the screen and she said “what do you need” for you to bypass the employee check so i can move forward with my transaction?? Normalize calling out of work when you don’t want to do your job instead of making it everyone else’s issue. Retail is definitely not a suitable fit for you three. Have the day you deserve
