Unapologetic Horibble Customer Rep - Avoid Sophia

The worst customer service I have encountered. The girl responsible for customer service, Sophia, has no business been a customer service provider. She lies to mask her mistakes, lashes out and scoffs at customers. Sophia has a bad attitude, period. Owner tries to cover up for her while her bad attitude drives customers away. The low prices are not worth the hassle of dealing with this girl. Just go somewhere else...and pray you dont have to deal with this girls horrible customer service.

It costs $1 to print just one page, black&white. It’s a bit pricy.
