This place saved us in the 11th hour! The programs for my friend’s celebration of life did not arrive on time. I called at 11:30 and they were completed at 1:30. They looked amazing and the price was significantly cheaper then kinkos. Win win for me!

Love this place. I went here at 4:10pm literally 50 minutes before closing to print a 30x40 poster for my class. The owner literally printed it in around 15-20 minutes, and my PDF was not even the correct dimensions and the owner went out of his way to fix the dimensions for me. No other place is going to print a large poster for you like that fast at that time, for that price. Thank you

Hands down the best customer service I've had post-pandemic. My copy job went sideways when the PDF statements I was printing didn't pull over to my printing format using a Microsoft viewing product. The employee directed me to use another program, ensured my product came out as desired, and in the end didn't charge me a dime for the extra paper and ink I used on the first batch of incorrect statements.
Highly recommend using this location for your printing needs. My company and I will be back for sure.

Shiva is THE BEST!! First of all, you won't find prices better anywhere else, second of all, the quality of printing here is better than most other places, and third of all, Shiva cares and gets the job done right. I needed to get some invitations printed in a rush, and I went to 5 different places in the bay area, and each one quoted me much higher than Shiva. Not to mention, the samples the other copy places gave me of my invitations were nowhere near good in quality. Shiva has very professional equipment and software, and he knows what he's doing. Quick turnaround. Friendly service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND for any of your printing needs!
