I was fortunate enough to come across this gem of a company and purchase the Markforged Onyx pro from them. The staff couldn't have been more accommodating or helpful, and have given fantastic customer service since. The Onyx Pro is the best 3D printer I have ever used, you definitely get what you pay for! The parts that it created are beautiful, strong, and suitable for end-use. If you can afford it, I'd highly recommend getting a Markforged machine for any high school Engineering program.

I bought a Markforged Onyx One 3d printer from AWP in 2017. They were very patient as I analyzed other printers on the market. The machine I purchased from them has been a workhorse. AWP supplied us with the printer and extra components to get us going. I recently purchased another printer through AWP because I know they sell reliable products. They are very responsive and provide great service! Thanks AWP.

Bought my first Markforged (Onyx) printer from them a few years back. I figured I'd be on my own once I bought the machine, but AWP has given me top notch support without which I would have wasted a lot of time. When I call them with print issues a human picks up the phone and helps me solve print issues. For me the issues have all been due to a lack of maintenance. I sort of thought the printer would just run forever so long as I put filament in it. Turns out I'm wrong, there are a few relatively cheap components ($20-$75) that need to be replaced every couple hundred to couple thousand print hours. I've now got over 1 year of print time (9500hrs hrs) on my first one and just bought another one from AWP a few months back. The printers are amazing, nearly zero fuss, and the support has been fantastic.
