I've been here twice whenever I have a project near this area. The first time they took a long time printing out 8"x11" copies. The second time I was there for large blueprints, the lady at the front was talking with a guy in the back (same as the first time I was there) and didn't even notice or came to check if there was any other customer waiting. After a while, another lady came out and asked me If I was being helped and then sent the lady in the back to help me; she was embarrassed. They printed out my plans and they came out red, good thing I checked before leaving. They printed them again and it was the same problem, I asked her if they needed to replace any inks and she said that is how it usually came out. I asked for a refund, and she didn't know how to process that, so she sent the manager to cancel the transaction. I was there for 30 minutes, and I left with nothing because they are not serious and professional.

Tri- tech delivers every time. No matter what curve ball I throw at them they make it work and on time when promised. Cheryle in the front office and Blaine the reprographic guru are a pleasure to work with.... I highly recommend their services. 10 stars out of 5
