Took a few minutes for somebody to notice me. But that's not why I took off three stars. It has to do with their pricing. $5 just to receive an email is absolute highway robbery and predatory. I'm glad I don't live in the area and don't have to visit this shop again I hope. But I feel really bad for the people who do have to live in this area and this may be their only option to get something printed or faxed. Be aware I heard from another local but that's $10. Otherwise it's done and I can get on my way but I just want to let people know that this is way beyond what it should be even for California.

I've had a box there nearly since it opened. I can't state enough th service I've had in all these years it's top notch.
Always treated by the owner as a valued customer and friend.
Only reason I didn't give five stars is do to the hour changes. When I got my box they had later hours.
This business is old school Jan knows how to run a business which is refreshing and much appreciated.
I always walk out her door happy whether it's to pick up my mail,ship something or purchase an item I need.

$1.00 for pre-paid label pick-up for delivery on UPS only..
USPS & FED-X are free to pick-up for delivery.
A little expensive on most items, but well worth the convenience, If you live our here in Acton & surrounding areas; (a real G.O.D. send, when you need something, "right now".
Hope they bring back the "where the (Heck) is Acton t-shirts..
[Reserve me a 3xl, if possible]I'm still wearing mine, that I bought back in 2004/2005..
Business' on Palmdale Blvd., Ask "where is Acton".. & they are only two exits away.
Moral of the story.. Acton Print Shop is a much needed and appreciated business serving this area.

DO NOT USE THE USPS!!! AGAIN, DO NOT USE THE USPS TO SHIP!! The folks at the UPS store here say they recommend people not use the usps. USPS lost my package after it was shipped from this store and the only assistance they provided was "its no longer in our hands and we cant help you further". I am writing the review criticizing the store because they suggest to the to customers a poor shipping option and when the customers need assistance they write you off and states its not their problem. I honestly dont care that it was the USPS that lost the package, this store is the front facing location for the USPS (by providing the USPS shipping option they are an extension of that service) and they should ensure its clear the USPS is a shoddy shipping method and also ensure they do whatever they can to cover their customer base. A $5k laptop lost and everyone throws up their hands and says sorry its lost ... Next time you guys at the store front make sure you recommend a reasonable insurance amount for a laptop and ensure your customers use the correct option when they say "it has to be there by such and such date".

The owner "Mrs H" who operates the store frequently makes sure things run smooth and handled correctly as does Ceasar the store manager & in house graffic designer.
