DON'T USE THIS PLACE. They don't care about the quality of their work or the customer. i had some cards printed out, they shorted me one and cut the cards crooked, they told me not to be anal. All i wanted was some good quality not crooked cards.

I came here last minute, I needed 50 copies of a full color 4 page 11x17 obituary printed, I placed my order on Monday, the funeral was that Friday, I was assured they would be ready by Wednesday maybe even Tuesday, well they were ready, but when they were picked up, no one even bothered to mention that they had an issue with their equipment, causing a line to run across the front of the obituary, and once the mark was noticed, they were immediately returned to the store, and the way it was handled you would think I was the one that put the mark there, there was no I apologize for what’s happened. Rather it was suggested I go to staples and compare prices and see whose cheaper since I didn’t appreciate the price I paid for them, I’m assuming it was the owner I was dealing it, he was very insensitive to the situation and initially offer red to write me a check when I asked for a refund, even though it was paid via debit, he reluctantly refunded my money the next day and I was lucky to find someone else that was able to complete the job and for less money because it still took another 24hours for the money to be back in my account!

Small shop with personal service. They've always done a great job for me. Today the foam board poster I picked up was a bit off — the front was a bit skewed, exposing some of the adhesive area. I was afraid the stickiness would pick up dirt over time, so I asked them to trim it. The owner did it immediately, and it came out perfect! Highly recommended.
I also recommend you to find out how long the order will take. They usually beat ordering from Staples, but of course it depends how many orders they have.

That old man doesn't know customer service and the scanned PDFs has a blue line running across. When he was done scanning, he rudely toss my USB and returned my legal documents all scattered across the front desk. Never going back, my advice is to go to FedEx for scanning where you can preview the quality of the scan before uploading to your USB or email.
