Michaels in Foothill Ranch, CA has always been my “go to” when it comes to crafting! They always have a very friendly, knowledgeable staff who are willing to help direct me or help me decide on what product to purchase! And of course they offer a very generous array of coupons! I highly recommend that you download the app and coupons prior to checking out, even if you have screen shots, because the WiFi can be spotty! They also offer weekly craft classes and workshops which are remarkably helpful! Happy Crafting!

They have NO idea how to do balloons ! I’m not sure if they are not trained or they don’t have the right equipment ! Their balloons last only a few hrs ! DO NOT waste your money and yr time !

Michael's lost a customer today. I tried to get a cancellation on a canvas stretching that I dropped off the day before and got shut down by a condescending employee. The cancellation policy says I can get a refund on unprocessed custom components but according to her it had been "processed" already with no proof of what had been done so no cancellation. Thanks for nothing, I don't want your service. It's also extremely overpriced. Never shopping here again.

I absolutely love michaels, but please dont go to the store, the prices online and the stock is way better, all the times that i have been there this year to the fisical store they dont have what i need and end up ordering from the website, some of the products that i have bought online are three times less expensive that in the phisical store.

First, my coupon wasn’t taken at the register. I went out to my car to find another one that they would take. Brought all my items back in to get an adjustment to the pricing. Was met with soooo much resistance and passive aggression. Will never shop here again. Who needs that, especially during the holidays. Btw, my bill went from $50 to $12. So yeah I guess worth the harassment.
