When you mess up an order and a customer has to add an extra hour of commute time in his day and spend another hour helping you get the order correct you should probably try and to take some accountability for the situation and perhaps offer a discount or at least apologize. Saying " sorry if you were inconvenienced" with a shoulder shrug doesn't help matters either. You guys actually seem like decent people and have a small business to run, but you made me feel like my business was not valued and any mistake on the order was my responsibility to catch before I ran back to the jobsite (even though I told you how many pages were in each set), even after you admitted there may have been a glitch in your software. Best of luck to you guys.
