Post Mix Film Lab is my primary lab for developing and scanning film! They offer camera scans which I really appreciate since I love the quality and full scale resolution that they provide (I provided some sample photos)! As far as I know, they are the only film lab in the LA area that offer this unique service! The owner, Omar, is passionate about film photography and strives to develop and deliver your quality scans in a short turnaround period! They also sell film at their location and offer a 24/7 drop off (just be sure to provide your own bag and piece of paper to place your film in and write the order number on). Lastly, their revamped website is laid out in a modern and easy to use format. Remember, if you would like them to keep your negatives for more than 30 days, be sure to inform them as they have a policy to dispose negatives after 30 days without notice due to space conservation. Hope you all try them out! 🙂

I’ve had film developed here multiple times and they always exceed my expectations! The scans are high quality and the prices are really affordable. Staff is also very knowledgeable and have been so helpful for a beginner like me. Love this place. 🙂

By far most caring and professional lab I’ve found in LA after trying a couple. Omar is very considerate and answered all my inquiries, both logistical on processing the prints and creatively with shooting on different celluloid brands/exposures.
One time I accidentally exposed the film when I opened the compartment. I brought it in. They took the camera into the lab and managed to salvage most of the shots! I thought I’d lost them all. Lifesavers, literally.
Highly recommend. Turnaround is great and quality of color and B/W images couldn’t be better!

Definitely one of my favorite places to get my film developed. They have so many options from scans with borders to contact sheets. With next day turn around you really can’t beat it. You can also pick up some of your favorite film at the same time. Would recommend no questions asked

This place was able to process and me files of my developed photo the day after the I dropped them off. You can tell that Omar (the owner) is truly passionate about the art of film photography and he was willing to talk to me about film work from the different film and camera types and formats, to the development process. They have CineStill film on stock in fridges to maintain their quality which is wild!
Would really recommend stopping by if you are near Hollywood blvd., need film developed and want to support a new local business!
