I don't understand how they don't respect store prices, and they don't want us to get mad. Today I so a super offer/price and try to get 2 of they and they told me that I just can get one, well at the end they didn't respect the price and they charge me regular price, and also they didn't give me the product. What a mess. Update: Now everything is on me, I should say something at the time directly with corporate. The manager is too rude and doesn't know how to handle problems with customers. Here, does not see the 2 sides of the history. Only what the employee said, and is not right.

Went to Michaels last night and had to use the restroom. Guess what? It was filthy. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in awhile. No seat covers, no toilet paper, no paper towels. If I wasn’t sick before I felt sick leaving . Why aren’t the manager on top of restroom duties every hour on hour so it can remain clean

Employees don't know how to correctly price items or put the items on the right shelf and won't respect that. They start getting all mad and snarky towards customers. I went once for some shirts and they were marked for 4.99 and when I went to pay it said 8.99. When I told them that they were in the 4.99 area (like a whole box) they tried to gaslight me and said that people move shirts around... when a whole 5 boxes of the same shirt and same company of shirt were there. Honestly, this isn't the first time, but I always try to give them the benefit-of-the-doubt. That's why people end up choosing to order on Amazon. It's not the clients fault that they can't put the things in the right place with the right price ♀️ ♀️

Horrible customer service
Went to make a amazon return which they are advertised as a location to make them
Kids there didn’t want to help First they said “we only take them if they are done thru ups” when I told them it was then they said “you should go to staples cause we don’t print labels “ seriously? They just didn’t want to help

They have everything you will ever need and then some. Highly recommend hitting them up at the end of any season or holiday, as they have discounted items. Have been helped by this fantastic lady, Cindy (I think) the last few times I've been in there. She has been incredibly helpful and will even take me throughout the store if she's available to help me pick out all my items. Thank you!

Gerardo displayed excellent customer service! I needed items for my grandsons school project and had difficulty finding them. Gerardo was exceptional. He eagerly helped me find exactly what I was looking for. He was patient with me and very kind and knowledgeable. He also was able to cash me out. The overall experience was 5 stars. He deserves to be recognized and applauded. Thank you for doing such a great job and ensuring my grandsons project had all the materials needed.
