Really nice people on the beginning
I go to print stickers. The lady in the cashier be with me all the way till we get my product.
In the day, the guys need to start working it someone called me and asked for me for more money
I’ll be there from the beginning they quote me I show him exactly what I needed but these guys working in a fishy way

Garbage. I sent this company a copy of a design that I wanted made, and they took the word COPY literally and did just that. They made a COPY of the design and pasted or ironed it to the tee shirts. I can barely see the wording! I EXPECTED a tee shirt with the design printed on it . I called them to ask for a refund and of course they said that they could not refund me; so I'm out of 200.00 and 9 unused shirts! I will never ever ever order ANYTHING from this company again!

I had ordered a bunch of items to promote my guitar building business, I received the order quickly, I am very happy with the shirts, business card, labels and such. The printing was perfect, all the items are of high quality.
However, one item was missing, (I believe it was coming from another vendor? ) I used their very simple on-line chat where I had the pleasure to "meet" Ella May. She was awesome. She quickly found the problem and solved it. Then she assured me that she would personally follow this one item along it's way.
Everybody makes mistakes, and this was just before christmas so I can imagine the folks out there were facing insanity. HOW someone corrects their mistakes is key.
My business, Blamo's Omniscient Garage, is growing fast. I certainly will be buying more from Vista Print.

Came back for a re-order of some business cards, and was very pleased with my purchase. This company is not only spot on with the print work, but they are also consistent (which is hard to find these days). The staff is amazing too, very friendly!! I highly recommend Vista Printing.

Our last order had terrible color reproduction, so we called to complain. We were told they would fix it on our next order, and it would be free. Now that it is time for that order, they have no recollection of offering us this order free, and argued with me about it. I asked to speak to the business owner, and was told he would call me back, which he did not. Go somewhere else for cards. Lots of local places are rated better than these people.

Ed, Lisa, Liz, and the rest of the team do great work, really care about their customers' satisfaction, are very responsive and easy to work with... plus just are really good-hearted, kind people of integrity!! We would highly recommend them!
