I paid over $25 to have important court documents converted into a downloadable PDF, and instead I was sent only a link to an oversized file that I couldn’t even open or retrieve. I specifically requested a PDF not a nonfunctional link. When I asked for a refund, I was met with excuses and no solution. This was a time-sensitive matter involving a custody case, and I had no choice but to pay another business $36 to redo the job correctly. They sent me a compressed, downloadable PDF without any issue.
This business failed to deliver the service I paid for, and I demand a full refund. It is unacceptable to charge for something you did not provide, especially when it caused further financial and legal stress. I expect this to be resolved immediately.

These guys provided me with exactly what I invisioned. Went in to get some flyers made, i asked if they can assist in creating it, and I mean these guys hit the nail on the head the first time. Put my order in early yesterday and picked up flyers today. Very fast and professional service. This is the place! These guys get 10 stars from me.

VIP ford above and beyond with the service. I came in looking to print invitations on special paper, after one test print they were able to print. I can happily say that they printed all off invitations, cut them and packaged them up for me. They even had envelopes! Staff is great, will definitely stop in again.

Was easy to send files to get printed. There’s no confirmation of receipt, just call and confirm. They’re fast and local. Had 100 blueprint pages printed last minute and they got it done within a couple hours.

I just got my fliers in the mail. I ordered them on Friday through email after they had closed. They were sent to production and finished Monday afternoon. I got them today, Wednesday. They are beautiful!!! well I designed them but they did a great job printing and packaging them. It was a small order but they got to them immediately. And Pam communicates through email and is friendly and accurate over the phone as well. I will use them again. 19 cents a copy. Which is cheaper than what G6 quoted me.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE VIP PRINT & COPY! As a graphic designer, I print things all the time... and no matter how overwhelmingly complicated my cuts and scores may be, the VIP team ALWAYS nails it. I trust them with everything I do... they are a REAL treasure and I wouldn't be so successful in producing wedding invitations, programs, and other artwork without them.
I can't believe people use out-of-town printers when these guys produce the same high-quality stuff, minus the shipping and expensive costs, and backed by quick, friendly service. You really can't beat their service, AND they're local too!
I can't tell you how many times I've called with last minute things that needed to get printed... and every single time, they've been able to get it done well before the deadline.
