I have worked with them twice previously for club merch and it went amazing! However, when I worked with them for senior merch this year, when I checked up in-person, the merch came out printed blue. Our class color is purple.
I was polite with my communications and understood that it was a simple mistake. However, I expected that they would prioritize my order as we had delayed this for quite a while (a few weeks already at that point due to third-party supplier issues). But, they continued to delay me.
Vegan Printer decided to print over the existing blue merch, instead of buying new blanks and printing it again (which would have been faster). I understand that they are "vegan", but this was just unacceptable.
The day befored our rescheduled distribution, Halloween, they ended emailing me asking for another extension even though they promised they would finish. When I called them saying this was absolutely unacceptable, they started to use curse words and even blamed me for calling so frequently, delaying them (this is false). This was extremely unprofessional and uncalled for.
This ruined my Halloween night.
I admit that I sent them a lot of emails, including ones asking for daily updates during production but these should not take long to reply to. I am also at fault for not organizing appropriately, with so many logistics, there was over 50 emails and I should have created a document with all the information for Vegan Printer.
This company has been great 2/3 times I have worked with them but for large-scale orders, I recommend going somewhere else.

My senior merch was printed through this shop, and was frequently postponed, leading to me being unable to wear the merch at multiple school events. In addition, the prints were unsatisfactory and did not actually match our class color. The print also did not scale on the larger sizes, leading the logos and images to be much smaller compared to the actual design.
