They have earned my business here! If you need office supplies or printing services, this is the place. And now Amazon return drop off too!

This place has really gone downhill. I will never go there for anything again. Management/ownership simply no longer cares about print or copy quality for self-service. Have a copy clerk do the work for you seems to double the price. They used to have to self-service copiers, now they have one and the machine has really suffered. No one in authority cares. I told the young copy clerk that that's a great way to permanently lost a previously happy, long-term customer. He says management has been told over and over and nothing happens. Same for Office Depot - neither place gives a rip if you receive quality print copy or not AND it's NOT a toner issue. The store was empty and the prices have gone up unreasonably.
