I went to Staples to get a stamp and some labels and to have some labels printed out. The manager of the print department was very helpful, cool under pressure, and everyone who interacted with her went away satisfied with the result. She got my labels printed quickly, and help me to make sure I had the correct labels for my project. She also was appreciative of customers who were cheerful and added to a positive experience.
Staples is not always been like this, but my experience this time was excellent. The one thing I would say is at sometimes it's hard to find an associate to help when you're looking for a particular item. Most often an associate who sees you will ask if they can help, but I have wandered around looking for an associate and I find that going up to the front counter and asking for help is the easiest way, so problem solved!
The store is clean and it appears much more organized and interactive than it was a few years back. I had been used to Office Max which was my go-to place for printing and other business projects. The lady whom I worked with for a very long time was excellent with layout and suggestions to make everything work smoothly and went off Office Max left Staples opened up in their spot. It took them a bit to get things ironed out because the manager was not very efficient and It seemed that she was micromanaging everything and it was an uneasy feeling. But, now, it's being run like an important business and it's really good to see. Thank you to Staples for upgrading your staff and doing proper training to make Staples a place that all of us here can count on! Keep up the good work.
