THIS PLACE IS AMAZING! This past weekend, sept 20 and 21 there was a big tradeshow at the fairgrounds in Sonoma. My bosses were there. We had a large booth and it's our 3 year at this show. I am in charge of making sure they have every single thing they need. I rented a 26 foot moving truck. Got everything loaded and sent them on there way. Friday the 20th was the first day. I got a call from one of my bosses asking where we're the brochures they hand out to every potential customer? I froze! OMG! I did not pack the brochures! How could I not pack the #1 most important thing. You can imagine the bosses were pissed! I had to fix this but how? They are 5 hours away! I looked for a flight, no luck, I called same day courier, they can't get it there in 2 hours. Then I thought, what if I have more printed up in santa rosa?! I googled it and found Santa Rosa Printing Co. I called, spoke to a man. Explained my situation. He said email be the brochure. Please note this is an 8x11 super glossy 5 page brochure! Something we normally have to proof before printing and alot of other stuff. I sent it. He called me back. He said he could make me 100 and have them ready by 2. It was 11am when I called him. I told him to do it! I was in tears everytime we spoke. He could hear the urgency in my voice. Well, he called me at 1:12 and said they were ready!!! I rushed 2 of my employees that were there to set the booth up over in an Uber to get them. They sent me a photo of them. They were flippin perfect! Absolutley purfect!! They ran them back to show and they were being handed to customers before 2pm that first day!! Anyone who doesn't use this place for your printing needs is crazy. You want great customer service and great looking quality product? Santa Rosa Printing is the place to go. They are my heros. They saved my job and they did a fantastic job at that! Thank you to everyone who worked so hard to help me. I will never forget it.

Great prints, easy to work with until it came time to pay. They charged far more than the quote, $30 extra for two postcard size proofs. When I asked for clarification on the pricing, the owner became very angry & made to cancel the transaction altogether. Won’t be using this service again.

The friendly and highly professional owner and staff at Santa Rosa Printing have been great to work with over the past several months as we developed our presentation materials, post cards and printed letters. Ivan's ability and skills in graphics and print comes from a long history in the print business. Our work comes out on great paper products, with good color control, and on-time services. The prices are low and quality is high, what more could a business person ask for.
