I had a broken plastic foot from a 25 year old glider swing. The swing was no longer supported by the German manufacturer. Sergei worked with me to modify the old foot to make it better and stronger than the original foot. Sergei was able to make a 3D drawing, produce samples and multiple final parts within a very short time period. I totally recommend SPrinting 3D.
