I know absolutely nothing about 3D printing I just knew (thought) that I needed a prototype for my design. And I spoke with Mike from the company and he gave me a complete run down of what I needed and how to go about it. I understand the terms that I was confused about going into this new project. Mike took the time to email back and forth with me numerous times with in dept information to make sure I understood what was needed. Other companies I contacted to get quotes etc. were very rude and short with me. I cannot stress how happy I feel understanding what I need to do and what stage of my new development I am in now! I will be working with them as much as needed and recommend this company!!

Don’t waste your time here, find a business that will be honest and responsive. I Tried to get a quote from them on designing a prototype enclosure. After over 2 months and multiple phone calls and email exchanges I have no quote. Other places I contacted were quick to be honest and say the project was out of their comfort zone or provide a quote. This is the only place I contacted that strung me along with “we’ll get back to you soon” type replies.

I am pretty upset with this company. Alex Goldsberry and I have been talking for two weeks now and I have been dragged along with no set in stone plan on how we are moving forward. I’m practically throwing my money at this company and they are not responding to my phone calls or text messages. They keep telling me they are extremely busy because of the holidays and that they will get back to me. I think if they really are that busy that they should just tell me they can’t help me at this point and apologize for wasting my time. I’m surprised companies can do this kind of thing and stay in business.
