Central Pacific Ski Club has been using Poor Richard’s Press for the past few years for all polo and ski jacket embroidery projects! We have been very happy with the final project every time! I use PRP for all of my freelance clients and am overall happy with the quality and communication! I love supporting local businesses and being able to drop by in person to look at color swatches and feel fabric samples. My rep Lauren is wonderful and amazingly communicative. I trust her recommendations.
I'm giving 4/5 stars because while the quality of the screen print is very high, the last two jobs I've run for various clients have had issues with size and placement (off-center, crooked, etc. The first job was perfect). However, PRP is replacing some of the misprints. So I feel confident continuing to work together as long as the customer service and communication level continues to be high, and I assume these issues will be corrected!
Finally, I find the pricing to be competitive and I appreciate that I can be super detail oriented and get exactly what I want when designing merch.

I've had products made at a few different businesses in town, and I will never go anywhere else now that I've worked with Poor Richard's Press. In starting my own small business, I don't have a huge budget for marketing materials. I typically used big-name online outlets for printing, but after I went in to check out PRP, I was so excited to see that their prices often beat the big online retailer's prices. I'm all about local, ESPECIALLY, if the cost is even close. On the human side, Haley has been a dream to work with as she is incredibly fast in responding, completely transparent in the process, and always works to find the best answer for my unique specifications. I cannot express how grateful I am for the wonderful humans who make up PRP.
