I have ordered from Premier Colour several times and they have not disappointed me yet! Excellent customer service, high quality products, and very Fast Turnaround! The staff is very helpful, and knowledgeable when I call with questions. Today, I got a rush order that I needed to expedite but I had just missed their cutoff time. Luckily for me Chad reached out and let me know they were able to still get my order out same day , and I’ll receive it tomorrow. I’m so grateful to the whole staff and would recommend them to anyone.

Excellent service, great pricing on parts, had what I needed in stock, and the staff knew what he was doing. Ordered a print head on Friday afternoon (their local time) and received it Tuesday morning (we're a day ahead, half way around the world). Correct parts with no issues at all. Well I would have to say Brad Doll goes above and beyond for your company. Was very knowledgeable in my machine(Roland's BN-20) and was very reassuring that everything would be fine. Top notch in my book! Yes he will also answer 50 questions and become a friend in the process

These guys are great! I was buying expensive roland ink and tried this ink. it works awesome. the colors look even better then before!! Brad is my guy there and i know that he will help you out too! take the leap and just save the money and use their stuff!

Brad has been amazing with customer service and very knowledgeable of products that are offered. He's gone way and beyond to help with miscellaneous troubleshooting issues with me. The best! These guys have the best vinyl around and their Custer service is unmatched. Perfect supplier for ink and vinyl for our die-cut sticker business.
