Cells. Roland machinery’s doesn’t under the warranty the worst service ever I would never recommend them at all. I have two printer. Still broken from Roland. You got me attached to Roland legal and can’t even take the time to replace the broken machine. He sold me.

Most of the reviews on here that say "Bad customer service" are the customers who didn't have their hand held and explained how to run their own business. Never had a single issue with shopping with Ordway, spent thousands on great products and will continue to spend thousands on great products. The ones needing their hand held to run their own business and can't even remember the name of the products they use, they are the ones leaving bad reviews. I will continue to shop here.

Their sign supplies are always of high quality material. I 100% get what I expect, when I order materials or products. I've been in business for over 30 years and have had problems with previous suppliers but Ordway ALWAYS delivers!

The Worst and Rudest Customer service have ever encountered. from being over charged $400. to show up and $200. service call to asking for the owner to question charges and starts yelling at me. We have used on and off sporadically as only 2 blocks away but Warning Do Not Use at all! They tried a bait and switch to sell a new printer instead to fix my printer. If I could give 0 stars, we would!

I get what the other reviewers have said about the customer service. It can be hit and miss depending on who you deal with, but for me it's not about the customer service, it's about the products, and availability. I don't always have the luxury of planning ahead on materials and knowing that I can get products I need to complete a large job in the same day is a value to me. I also appreciate their local delivery service. As for the pricing, their internet pricing is competitive and transparent. Material pricing (especially vinyl products) fluctuate and yet 100% of the time they honor their advertised internet pricing. I do a lot of vehicle wraps and for me their pricing on my material of choice is so low I'm afraid to tell anyone else for fear of tipping off pricing police or someone swooping up all materials on hand. Bottom line is, go to a restaurant if you are expecting to receive 5star customer service, but if you know what you want and now how to ask for it then don't discount Ordway based on a few bad reviews. Should they have better bedside manors? Yea, but don't let it ruin your day, you've got bigger fish to fry right?
Just bumped them to 5 full stars. They forgot two items during delivery and said they would redeliver after I said just ship it to me. They could have just shipped it and I would have been happy.
