Unprofessional, Dishonest, and Cost Me Over $1000
AK Printing completely dropped the ball. They missed multiple confirmed deadlines—not once, not twice, but over and over—each time promising the next one would be “the one.” It never was.
I gave them ample time, clear direction, and every opportunity to deliver. Instead, I got delays, excuses, and ultimately a product that was late, useless, and cost me nearly $2,000 in lost business and reprints. When I asked for a refund—something any professional business would offer after failing so spectacularly—they refused. No ownership. No accountability. Just silence and blame-shifting.
This isn’t a small mistake—it’s a pattern of incompetence wrapped in arrogance. If you care about deadlines, integrity, or your money, find a different printer. I wish I had.

Awful place. I asked to print 3 pages of colour print for my daughter’s project and they told me $10 price for it. I have paid, but it’s too much. Bad costumer service ever. When I came there wasn't anyone on the work place. I was waiting for someone like 5 minutes.

December 2021 AK Prints purchased a new printer, and I could see the increase in quality. Just when I thought they couldn't do a better job, they blew me away.
