These guys are awesome! We had flyers/coupons printed with them and they had it ready on the spot! No wait! We then ordered an A-Frame and within days they had it ready for pick-up. Really professional and friendly service, plus great quality on the prints. Would highly recommend! We'll definitely be printing with them, every time going forward. Thanks!

I've been going to NoHo Copy since 2010 and I can say this is the best independent print place in all of Los Angeles!
I moved from NoHo to West Hills and I still drive 30 minutes to get any professional printing I need done with them.
Roland is a pro, is always pleasant and always goes above and beyond to make the job happen!

Really bad experience. Got charged 6.67 dollars for 5 papers (4 letter prints and a A3 print, all b/w)!
Then the guy working there tried to tell me “there is a minimum of three dollars for letter prints” plus “a tax on card payments”. When are you gonna tell me? After I pay?

I came here to print my thank you cards with wedding photos to send out to my guests. After my poor experience I would not recommend this place for anyone trying to get decent prints of photos. Go to Arnold's Copy and Printing instead, he knows what he's doing with professional quality prints (and cuts).

After getting the initial order I went through and noticed many photos that had bad cuts, showing white, bad creases, or coarse edges (about 1/3rd of the 97 photos had bad cuts). I also needed a few additional photos printed. When I went back to finish up there was someone else there who did a totally unsatisfactory job. The new photos/reprints were poor quality and the wrong aspect ratio, he didn't fix up the photos with poor cuts, and he overcharged me. I asked for a refund for this but received no reply.

Firstly, the picture quality was poor, and not the same as the original pics they printed (see the table picture for a comparison- new one is on top, original on bottom). They were also the wrong sizes/aspect ratios- they were taller and skinnier than the originals. He also said there's room for one more since I was asking for 7 and there was an extra space, but then he charged me for 8. He also charged me much more per photo than my original batch: I paid $16.54 for 8 photos, but I paid $104.73 for 97 prints (by my count) originally, so somehow the price doubled. Also, I shouldn't have even been charged for the 3 additional photos I requested, because I was only asking for them to be reprinted since the originals had bent edges. I ended up using the originals with the bent edges anyway since the new prints were such poor quality and different size. So I only ended up sending two of these new prints, the ones that were new photos, regrettably since they now looked like I took them with a cheap phone camera instead of our professional photographer. I also had to cut them myself, since the new photos were also cut poorly with the white edges showing (the other attached photo).

I also was asking this employee who helped me to fix up the approximately 1/3 of photos from the original batch which were not cut properly, and he claimed he didn't have enough time, so he only let me give him a few of the worst ones. And I still had to spend an HOUR at home fixing them up with just my own scissors before I could send them out (these photos were included with our thank you cards).

I did not receive what I ordered, and I paid over four times what I should have been charged (4 new prints x$1 = $4 + tax). And even those were of very poor quality, so I only sent two (out of necessity since they weren't in the original batch). The reprints of the bent photos were useless and I did not send those.

I also had asked for the thank you cards to be matte and the photos to be glossy, but everything was matte.

I used to appreciate this place. They always seem under staffed but used to make an effort to squeeze me in.

Almost every time I've been here they get something my wrong with my order.

Today they made me wait forever. Yelled at me "did you email anything" from around the corner. I wasn't sure if that comment was for me so I said "are you talking to me?" What kind of customer service is that. I'm a bartender. Can you imagine if a bartender asked you want you wanted from around a corner, not making any eye contact at all? Just some customer service basics for you guys.

Today the owner, I assume, seemed to intentionally mess my order up at least three times by making a pamphlet and printing things double sided when I asked for NEITHER.

When I pointed out the mistake and asked for a reprint-- he just reprinted the double sided shit again. So now I have two piles of prints I don't ask for. Thanks.

While taking FOREVER to fulfill my simple request, he started an in depth conversation over my head to an apparent "favorite regular" which seemed passive aggressive and rude.

Then when you go to pay, they dick you around with the price to make it seem like they are giving you a deal, which honestly just seems shady.

Oh! And at the beginning of my transaction he told me they didn't do black & white prints. Isn't that the main function of a copy place. To make simple ass copies?

I think this place should stop advertising that they do certain services and say "We only service orders of 500 or more" or whatever elusive parameters they seem to have set. Obviously they don't want my money and I'll make sure to tell all my artist friends.
