DO NOT PRINT HERE!
We came in on the weekend to get a sample print and to check out the kind of paper we wanted to print on. The employee that helped us gave us the samples and told us what to select to place the order online. 48 hours later we placed the order; picked up order it’s not the same paper. The employee that originally helped me said he would reprint on the paper we initially wanted and come back in an hour. Manager called me to tell me to submit a new ticket and that it was to cost 3x the amount but I was already out and no computer to do place a new ticket. [Why didn’t the first employee tell me about cost difference?]Came in to get the new prints and another employee (blonde female) gave me attitude saying it would’ve cost 4x.
2nd Order not printed the 2nd file Waited for them to re print and they said my file was flipped. The proofs were correct and the first order was printed correctly just on the wrong paper.
I was calling all day to see when these would be finished as it was next day printing. Every status update was it should be finished right before closing.

If you ever want to waste your time this is the place to go! Every single time I’ve been here something goes wrong. 1st time order wasn’t ready when they said. Finally come back and leave without counting the cards. Turns out they shorted us a few hundred but “can’t refund”. But would “take care of us” on the next order. Nope! 2nd time - order wrong again. 3rd time order not ready and can’t refund because it’s an advantage account through staples. Ok so I go to make my own copies. Ends up just saying processing the entire time. Switch machines because it’s not worth bothering the overworked employee. Probably have wasted over $150 and at least 8 hours going back and for thee.

I am a graphic Artist and designed a business card. I know how to set up and line up my designs for printing. Apparently Staples does not know how to follow there guide lines. They did not line up the card so the text is to close to the top and the the bottom has to much space. For a designer it looks unprofessional

Staples Print Services are always dependable. In the past five years, I have taken my painted Christmas cards and some of my paintings for printing. Only once the color was off. The staff member immediately redid the order at no additional cost to me, so I trust them completely.

I had a great service experience at the Copy and Print department at Staples in Menifee. The associate that assisted me was courteous and professional...she really knew her stuff when it came to shipping and assisting me with choosing the correct packaging for my
Item. She also quickly and efficiently took my order for business cards and suggested a card stock which worked better for the look I wanted to present to the public. I can't remember the associate's name but she "rocks" and so did the other two associates that worked with her in the afternoon on Tuesday 10/8/24!!!
