I had never been to this location, so I thought I would give it a whirl. It was pretty cool in there. I was able to get a few things I wanted and look at somethings I will pick up in the future. The employees are super helpful. It seems like Michael's is trying to do away with human contact or help which sucks so bad. I hate that for us. But I will diff be going back. Until next time guys. ✌

They were one of only a few places that had wide tipped paint /curb pens on the shelf next to my job site . These pens worked perfectly for adding address numbers on tenants waste & recycle cans. Thank you to Michael's store and associates.

The Michaels in Arden Arcade is one of the best organized stores they have. In most of the Michaels stores I have visited, I will find some items mixed with something not supposed to belong there. Sometimes the price tag is missing in the other stores. But it is not a problem in this store. The management does a good job.
The parking lot is jam-packed here even on the weekday. It's pretty hard to find parking near the store on the weekends.

I love coming to this store it is always clean and well organized, once you start walking through the aisles you can always find quick and friendly assistance all the employees are very nice and friendly m, they greet you as you walk around and make themselves available to you for any questions you may have if I could give them more stars I will.

Lots of good crafts and supplies. Very clean store. There are scattered deals all throughout the store. They raise the price of their grab boxes from $5 to $10 which is a bummer.

I love this micheals! The service is impeccable. I can't member the name of the guy who helped me, but it was Wednesday night around 8 pm, and he was working at the register. I di a pick up, and it was a bigger item, so it wasn't in the bins. He grabbed it from behind the registers.he He was just an all-around pleasant guy. Thanks!
