This location seems to have a lot more of everything than the one I go to in LA area. The employees are pretty nice as well. I can spend hours in this store. However, the last time I was there I didn't get to use my gift card or my $5. Reward because the self checkout was giving me a hard time and there wasn't a person available to help out. By the time I said forget it and paid with my debt card and employee showed up. I was already grabbing my receipt though. They were still having Xmas stuff 75% off and it was mid January my last trip. Pen selection was drained and unfortunately that's what I went for. All in all I give them 5 stars.

Good selection and pricing. I do miss Aaron Bros, but this is a good replacement if you're looking local. Not as good as Blick downtown, but second best. I wish the ambiance was a bit nicer and I wish the light was a little softer in the store. Overall, love. I extra love the sales on canvases and high end art paper.

Very unhappy, I could not return something unexpectedly.
It was a clearance item, I was not sure about it when I purchased it.
Therefore, I would not have purchased it. Had I been TOLD clearance items ARE NOT returnable at the time of purchase.
I personally, did not see anything telling me of this non-return policy, AND I was not told this by the cashier at checkout.
Additionally, if I had gone through the new self-checkout I also would have been uninformed about this return policy.
I understand the policy, BUT if it is only on the bottom of the receipt of the purchase, as I was slightly rudely informed when I tried to make the return. HOW is someone intended to know this BEFORE the purchase? Also, seriously who looks at a receipt after a purchase, BUT before leaving a store if the total is within the amount you expected?
VERY FRUSTRATED I now have a $16... item I will not use and a bad impression of a store I have been shopping in for years.

The whole experience has left me with a bad taste for the store chain, and make me sad.

Girl with the short black hair with glasses at the check lanes (forgot to get your name!) made my trip amazing. I had missed a few items but she helped rescue us and get everything we needed from our wedding. I don’t think she’ll ever see this review but she is truly GOATED for making our event look beautiful this store has some great customer service thank you so so much!

This has always been my favorite location but recently they have taken out almost all the registers and replaced them with self checkouts. There are only two employee operating registers. I went in today to do an online order pickup, when I grabbed my order there was only one item out of the four that I ordered, the note says other items couldn’t be found. I went to look for a substitute for the items I online ordered and found the exact items so I’m unsure how that happened. I had to wait in line to return the online order item and rebuy it with my other three items so I could get the buy one get one 50 percent off, manager said there was no other way. Since I had a return I couldn’t use self checkout and the 6 people ahead of me all refused to use self checkout for various reasons as well. Not a great experience.
