Staff and store are great but they now have kiosk to check out. It's nice to be able to talk to someone about your project and get that little bit of human interaction. Also, the cashier/staff usually have great ideas to add to what ever your doing, it was nice to get that insight.

It must be me, but I have no idea how people can rate customer service at this place over 1. I had to go three times for my orders as they did not follow pickup instructions and excellent instructions for setting up the frame. The manager, Laura. Was polite but completely unhelpful.

My grandmother loved bird of paradise flowers and Michael's had these flowers that were so real looking that reminded me of her I had to buy them and they were on sale and found these objects and leather bracelets which I plan to make some vest for the Renaissance fair next year flowers not sure where I'll place them

My review is for the scrapbook area. I went to JoAnns and they had NOTHING. If you need scrapbook books/albums this is THE place to go! Lots of varieties, colors, and sizes!

Of all of the Michael's I've visited within Ventura county, this one seems to be the most up-to-date, and stocked. Great fabric for affordable prices. A little disorganized, but not difficult to navigate.
