Severely understaffed. I saw two employees covering the entire store. I am not crafty, so I needed help finding supplies for my project. The two employees were taking care of the registers, so no one was available to assist in any way for quite a while. Once one of the staff became available, she was quite helpful with finding supplies and suggesting alternatives.

Have had very few issues here, maybe a gift card that wouldn't process, or a defective product. But nothing major. Overall a very clean and convenient store. You can always take in a coupon on your phone, they'll honor that. Good selection of frames, and a lot of crafty stuff. They also carry scale model kits, paints, brushes, pads of drawing paper. Posted up pics of more. Service is usually good too. You might have to find an associate, because they don't all greet you.

It's not enough they overprice Chinese junk, but they really don't care about the customer's health and welfare.
This store including its restrooms and absolutely disgusting. The manse manager should be replaced immediately.

The customer service here isn't great. We had an imminent order we were picking up and followed the procedure to call an employee and no one showed up. We then stood in the regular line to be told that we went to the wrong place. Frustrating experience

I needed wired ribbon, and this place is so disorganized and disorderly that they dont even organize or label ANY of their ribbons as wired or unwired, and most stuff doesn't even have prices shown! Horrible experience.
