Nothing but good things to say about this company's products and customer service. I bought my first 3D printer (Pro-M) from them in 2018. When deciding which printer to buy, one of my criteria was good customer service, because I was so green; seemed bound to break it. Out of my top three choices for printer brand, MAKEiT was the only one that had a human answer the phone when I called customer service (yes, I called each one as a test :), and not only did I get a human, I got an engineer, or someone who knew all the details. This printer is so plug and play, but also very open-source; perfect. Haven't broken it yet 🙂

I really like the Pro-L dual extrusion printer. Bed adhesion with the glue stick works every time. The duplication option for parts less than two inches wide is this printer's best, most useful feature. The negative features of the Pro-L for me are the small LCD, a menu system with a learning curve all it's own, and my observation that to prevent extruder skipping I have to run any filament about 8 degrees higher than my M2. But it is a couple years old now, and has printed LOTS of parts. Service and all inquiries have been above and beyond. Would I buy again? Absolutely.
